Affinity Partnership Example
SCOPE

Carter:Phillips Affiliate Network Ltd (hereafter, THE NETWORK) operate strategic Affinity Partnership campaigns. These campaigns offer your clients/customers financial alternatives/products that may be of interest to them. The key points of an Affinity Partnership are as follows:

  • Substantial interest in financial products/services for your clients/customers
  • Jointly branded mail with current offers
  • Web site links
  • Pro-active campaign management

We believe that THE NETWORK is best placed to deliver both acquisition and on-going customer support service and solutions.

As part of our campaign programme, a dedicated campaign account manager, marketing manager and graphics designer will be allocated to you and will be responsible for the smooth implementation of the campaign. We ensure that the agreed goals are achieved in a timely fashion and your management team are informed of the progress of the campaign at every stage.

Commercially, we have offered many very strong acquisition bounties. These take into account that THE NETWORK will take advantage of all marketing opportunities during the course of the programme in conjunction with you.

AFFINITY PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. The Service.

1.1 This Affinity Partnership Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between THE NETWORK and you, as partner of the Network ("Merchant").
1.2 THE NETWORK will run email campaign(s) using the data you provide, marketing your client-base with complementary services/products.
1.3 Before the campaign(s) begin, THE NETWORK will ‘clean’ and remove duplicates from the data.
1.4 Commissions generated from the campaign(s) will be shared 30/70 between THE NETWORK and the Merchant.
1.5 Commission payments to the Merchant will be made from 20th of the month, in respect of the previous month’s activity.

2. Termination.

2.1 THE NETWORK requires 48 working-hours notice to cancel any campaign(s). Once cancelled, the agreement can terminated forthwith.
2.2 Upon termination, all data is returned to the Merchant, subject to The Information Commissioner’s guidelines on managed personal data:
